We offer consult [ROOMS] perfect for 1:1 or 1:2 client sessions [breathwork, reiki, naturopath, chiro, spinal energetic, energy work, podcasts, content creation etc]
or the [STUDIO] space for 12 comfortaby spaced attendees on mats or 20 seated perfect for events, workshops, book launches + whatever your heart desires

Our hire spaces are for anyone IN BETWEEN, a wellness + health practitioner looking for a space not too clinical or spiritual, designed for nervous system softening + high quality spaces with support

Your booking time is from entry to exit. Please allow time either side of your event/workshop/session for set up [eg for a 2.5 hour workshop in Studio we recommend a 4 hour booking to allow you time either side for your own set up and pack down]
